A map provides the starting structure. Together, we identify the roads, buildings and details connected to your story, then shape the composition, colours and scale around you and the space where the artwork will live.

Ashridge House, where the couple married, is kept in white—a reference to the bride’s dress. The conservatory that hosted their barbecue and the accommodation used by the wedding party are also preserved, each marking part of the day they wanted to remember.

The artwork can hold more than the venue itself. Meaningful roads, the ceremony and reception spaces, a proposal location, a favourite local place or the journey between them can all help shape the finished composition.

Gold identifies the barn where the couple married. Other colours were selected to complement the room where the painting would hang, while the composition highlights the spaces connected to significant moments from their wedding day.

TIMESCALE
Usually between 1–2 weeks and 1–2 months, depending on size and complexity of the artwork
GETTING STARTED
The address of your venue is enough to begin. Once discussed, a 30% deposit covers research and initial concepts.
You will usually receive between one and three initial design directions before the finished artwork is created.
